ePortfolio purpose in the accounting major:
To provide multiple opportunities for students to evidence their professional capabilities, as they relate to the Accounting discipline, with a VIEW to improved learning outcomes and employment.
In 2014, ePortfolios were first implemented in the Accounting major which is studied through Deakin’s Bachelor of Commerce - an internationally recognised and EPAS accredited business degree, at the Faculty of Business and Law at Deakin University, Australia. Deakin's Bachelor of Commerce offers work integrated learning opportunities, giving students professional work experience in an area of their specialisation and enhancing their career prospects.
